Ad Hoc Consulting

For executives who want an expert on call — a trusted, independent thought partner available when you need one, without the structure of a defined project or ongoing engagement. Ideal for working through a specific decision, pressure-testing an idea, navigating a tricky situation, or simply getting a clear-eyed outside perspective when you're too close to the problem. Built for clients who value having a reliable resource in their corner, available on their terms. Billed hourly, with time tracked and invoiced monthly.

Full-Cycle Engagements

When you have a problem that needs solving — not just advising — Lucia investigates, defines, and fixes it, all the way through implementation. Every engagement begins with a paid Discovery phase: a focused investigation to uncover root causes, surface what others have missed, and establish the true scope of what needs to be addressed. Discovery is priced at $12,500 and concludes with a clear brief and a fixed-fee proposal for the work ahead. Project fees are invoiced monthly based on the agreed upon fee.

Embedded Support

For organizations that need sustained, hands-on support over an extended period — interim leadership roles, embedded project or program management, or complex initiatives that require ongoing presence and adaptability. Lucia works from the inside, driving execution while simultaneously diagnosing and addressing what's getting in the way. These engagements don't have a fixed endpoint; they evolve as the work does. Structured as a monthly retainer, invoiced at the start of each month, based on your anticipated needs.
