Should I Choose a Large Firm or Boutique?

There are pros and cons to both.  If you have an initiative requiring significant manpower across a very wide array of skillsets (for example, HR, finance, and operations), a larger firm may be right for you. Or, you may want a name brand associated with your initiative, especially if it means getting the support of investors, executives, or shareholders to support spending on a consulting engagement..
